By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is operated by ReOwnIt, Bangalore.

What the site offers

The site introduces ReOwnIt, publishes articles, provides legal information, and accepts newsletter signups and contact messages. It does not offer products for sale, rental contracts, user accounts, or messaging between members.

The ReOwnIt web application and mobile application are not available. Buttons that say “Coming Soon”, “Open Web App”, or “Download App” lead to an explanation or are inactive. They are not an offer to download software and they are not links to a store listing.

No transactions

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of creating a contract to buy, sell, rent, lend, swap, or barter goods. If you arrange an exchange with another person away from this site, that arrangement is between you and them. We do not take payment, hold items, insure them, deliver them, or resolve disputes about them.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the forms. That includes sending unlawful content, attempting to disrupt the site, probing it for vulnerabilities without permission, or submitting someone else’s email address without their agreement. We may ignore messages and remove newsletter addresses that abuse the service.

Articles and other content

Articles are general information about reuse. They are not legal, financial, safety, or consumer-rights advice. Product safety depends on the actual item and the law where you are. You are responsible for checking that an item is safe and lawful to pass on.

Unless a page says otherwise, the text, logo, and layout of this site are owned by ReOwnIt. Photographs credited to Unsplash are used under the Unsplash licence. You may not copy the site design and present it as your own service.

Subscribing means you asked to receive email updates. You can ask to stop by writing to hello@reownit.in. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

The site is provided in good faith and may be incomplete while the product is still being built. To the extent the law of India allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on an article, or for exchanges you arrange with other people. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law of India does not allow us to exclude.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bangalore have jurisdiction over disputes about these terms.
